Returns and Exchanges are handled by the individual merchants whom we advertise on behalf of. That said, it should be noted that the merchant channels through which we generate content are held to very high standards by us as well as those whom manage the affiliate programs that our vendors, manufacturers and merchants depend heavily upon for the large portion of their livelihood. While a stand-alone merchant can set whatever Returns and Exchanges procedures in place that they wish, the merchants whom we are affiliated with have agreed to honor, and are mandated to uphold, a high CSI (Customer Service Index) standard through signed contract prior to and for the full term of all affiliations with our site as well as those whom we conduct commerce through.
